MPM & Olive Cheese Balls

We had another wonderful but busy weekend leaving me with no time to blog, I suppose I could have taken a two hour nap versus a three hour nap on Saturday creating some time but I had all the windows open and snuggly puggle next to me...so let's be real.

Anyways, shockingly a lot of you mentioned my meal plans when I announced I was going private. I have to say it kind of shocked me because I didn't think anyone gave a rats ass. But since you seem to enjoy it and posting it helps me not only create the meal plan but stick to it...here's my plan for this week:

Nothing super exciting and no new recipes. I'm sticking with old favorites this week in an attempt to not spend 80 hours cooking and not spend a fortune on groceries. Trying to tighten up the budget you see.

Also, I've had this recipe saved as a draft for months and am FINALLY sharing it. My grandma has made these in the past but I'm not sure what made them pop in to my mind again. I made them for Christmas and New Year's Eve and they were a huge hit, not to mention super easy to make. Used this recipe found on bettycrocker.com.

INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1/4 cup butter, softened
-1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
-1 cup Bisquick
-1 jar pimento stuffed Green Olives

DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Stir together cheese, butter and Worcestershire sauce.

-Stir in Bisquick and mix until dough forms

-Pat olives dry on paper towel

-Shape 1 tablespoon of dough around each olive:

-Place about 1 inch a part on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Hope you all had a great weekend!
